I work Moonstone, 12 hour days, 5 days a week.

Not at weekends. Just like the trainers and the behaviourist!!
Gnasher

What crap, loads of trainers work weekends, as lots of their clients work during the week too, or they train in the evenings.

Do forum rules apply to blogs?
Anyone know?
ClaireandDaisy

Doesn't look like it , does it :/

Personally, I don't think a blog promoting E Collars has a place on a dog lovers forum. There are plenty of free blog sites........

Gnasher, this behaviourist suggested you get an e-collar

How long did they work with you and Ben?
Did they try anything else before suggesting the collar?
Did they train you in how to use the collar?
Were they with you when you first used it?
What are there qualifications as a behaviourist?

Could I ask a question, Gnasher?

Were any of the people your hubby took advice from predominantly reward based trainers/behaviourists?

Your post seems to suggest that these people were more traditional in approach and only one of them actually may have worked at a professional level.
