Jordans 'Special fruit Muslie' bars, the exotic fruit variety..they are not crunchy but a bit gooie not that healthy but only a little bit norty..

Nuts particularly almonds and brazil nuts ..
Strips of raw organic carrot and celery..

Fresh prawns (the cooked ones with shells on) and a dip made of soy sauce (a good quality one ) lemon juice, garlic, ginger,chilli.

Chewy liquorice from the health food shop.

Flax seeds .
Thin slices of lemon dipped in a little sugar,
Raw rhubarb (young new seasons)dipped in a little sugar.

Thanks all! I will have to try them !

When at the computer concentrating really hard on sommin I feel like a nibble! I think it s from when i used to smoke and at the time would have a fag instead
