Are you trying to watch the video on a phone Carole? That might be the problem. You should be able to watch them on a computer/laptop.

Thanks Moobli, I was on my tablet, which usually plays these things fine. For some reason the link on this one is greyed out.
I have seen the video though, I went to Charlie's YouTube site - on the same tablet, and it worked OK on there. Just one of life's little mysteries, as my Mother used to say.

I watched also the GSD video - I've never understood why people wash their dishes then put them in the dishwasher. Defeats the object
