uodate on my friend John :o(((
Today i had a very sad telephone callJohn my friend sadly is not going to last the week
the cancer has spread to his brain and there is nothing they can do for him
i went right away to the hospital and was so shocked to see him
so you may not see me around for the next few days as i am gonna spend as much time as i can with John
will update later sad.

I know how shocking it is to see them like this too, I've had 2 friends pass this way at a young age, and all I could do when I came out of the hospice was to thank my lucky stars I still had my life to enjoy. My thoughts are with you all at this very sad time, make the most of the time you have left with him.xxxx

i have not long been back and am very tearful, my kids adore him and are crying their eyes out
he was like a second son to me and he called me his 2nd mum
he was the one i had my hair shaved off for too
am gonna spend all day and night with him tomorrow
