Baileys Irish Cream Recipe

I'm sure a few of you wanted this recipe. It's much better homemade although has raw eggs and fresh cream/milk in it so has a short shelf life....not that it'll ever be around long enough to go off!!!!

Baileys Irish Cream

1 Large cup (mug) of whisky
1 Large tin of condensed milk
1 large container Single Cream
1 pint Semi Skimmed Milk
1 Tsp vanilla essence
1 TBSP Camp Coffee
3 Eggs

Put it all in a blender, mix and pour...enjoy!!!!!

Completely, utterly and totally! Even smells the same. Made some the other week and the girls drank the lot! Seriously good. Only difference is it's not quite as thick but you can add extra cream if you want it thicker. You can definitely tweak it if you like but I made it as is and it was fan flaming tastic!!!!!

I'd never be able to get it past my glass to make this!

I only ever buy it at Christmas as it is so indulgent and I adore it so much. I'd have Hippo-Hips if I bought it more than that!!!

OMG! and totally calorie free too, how wonderful!

Actually I faaaaaar prefer Carolan's to Baileys, so much cheaper and the bottles are bigger. It's on special until the 4th January at Morrisons (that dates in my diary I love it so much lol), just over £6 for a whole litre. No one I've ever given it to (and that is a rare occurrance I can tell you) can tell it's not Baileys.

They always give you a glass of it at the end of your meal at our local Indian.... and all my friend's go on about the free Baileys at the end, only I know it's Carolan's coz I saw the bottle!
