Poor puppy

Just been round to my local waitrose, and found that someone had dumped a puppy overnight, left it tied up in the rain
the pup is only about 10 weeks old, its a german shepherd cross, why are people so thoughtless and mean

the pup is waiting to see if he has a micrchip, otherwise its going home with a member of staff

I dont understand how people can be so creul, why not take it to the rspca, anywhere, but tie it up in the rain and cold, he is a lovely fella bless him!

Thats so sad , poor little thing will be far better off for that cold night though Gems away from that horrible owner, he'll hopefully find a cosy warm new home soon
