Healing thoughts for Taffy Dog please.....

My dad and step mum's dog, Taffy, a 12 year old blue merle collie, is tonight fighting with everything he's got to be here with us for Christmas. He's had one hell of a life, paralysed for months following a back operation, finally being able to walk again (in his wee strange way!) trouble with his bowels, requiring yet more surgery, and countless other health problems along the way, yet he's the happiest dog I've ever known!

Such a wonderful character, very "human" always happy to see you, and will always brighten your day!

He's had a virus and has been on antibiotics, but his stomach has filled with fluid, he has a ruptured bowel, and hernia, and it seems that he might not be able to fight this one. We're waiting for the vet to contact us in the morning, but please keep him in your thoughts, we've already lost Tara this year, I feel incredibly sad, as we really really adore Taffy dog

Oh the poor little chap. Fingers crossed for him. It`s so awful when you can`t be with them, isn`t it?
I do hope he pulls through.

Lorna I am so sorry. Taffy is obviously a fighter and you never know, he may come through this. Healing vibes by the million are sent. xx
