Colds

weeks ago I went down with this really nasty cold that been going around and was quite rough for about 10 days. I kept going to work (can't afford any time off) even though my head was fit to explode and i felt like death. It finally went about a week ago and I started to feel better just a bit tired and then last night, wham it has come back and hit me again. I've got a bad throat, horrible cough thats leaving a nasty taste in my mouth, nose all blocked again and my head pounding like someone has a pneumatic drill going inside it.
I thought you built up a temporary immunity after having a cold, but for some reason my body seems to have forgotten to.

i feel for you cos we have all had it here too

mine seems to be so much worse as i have Benign Hypercrainal Tension also and so i have pressure in my head normally

i keep thinking the cold is going too and then wake up and it aint

my youngest is also off school with it and aint been out of bed since yesterday
