Good Ridance to bad rubbish!

Yay!
Our NFH is exchanging on Friday
The guy who is moving in there with is wife and kids knocked our door today,and introduced himself.
He seems vey friendly. He mentioned there maybe a poblem with sound insulation and was prepared to sound insulate thir property,so we filled him in on what had gone on with next door since April,he had only been given half the story it seems.
He was also concerned about our dogs because he had heard they were nasty and vicious So we said bring your wife and children around here when you move in to meet them and we can assure you they will lick you to death been typical Staffords He seemed somewhat relieved
He has 4 1/2 yr old twin boys and an older girl I think,he said the boys can be a handful and if we have a problem to tell him,we said the same.
So hopefully they will be good neighbours!
