You can drag and drop from one to the other - I hope that is what you mean and that I make sense!

which media program are you using?

If its windows media you just "rip" the cd and the music will load to your library.

If your using media player 10 or later then it will rip music off your cd's automatically if configured correctly
and turn them into MP 3's. This is the format that you need to use to put them onto your MP 3 player other wise it won't transfer the music files over.

Thanks for the replies....tried the drag and drop and nothing happened , but then could well be me that is doing that wrong if that is possible, am as I type "ripping" to library in windows media and then I guess I just go into my computer and copy from my music folder to the mp3 thing!!!

It seemed like a good idea at the time to buy yet more technology I can't work!!!!

What file extension is on the end of the music file your trying to move?

When you have media player open go to options and click on the rip tab where you see the tab format pick mp3 not any other type
