Does this post-spay incision look normal?

Hey guys - new to the forums (and new to owning a dog!). Just picked up a German Shepherd Mix rescue from the pound, and she was spayed on Dec 29, 2016. Litter of 10 was aborted during the spay. Here's a photo of the incision today (Jan 1, 2017). She just curls up in a ball most of the day.

Does this look normal to you? Thanks!

I would say she is suffering from the trauma of losing the litter to be honest, can't see any piccie at all, but her behaviour says she is very very unhappy and stressed. Her hormones will be all over the place and she needs a bit of understanding and comfort
