New bird feeder and diner

Well I put up the new bird feeding station yesterday and it got "flocked" with new guests. I think they live up behnd the 2nd cloud from the right keeping me and the garden under survilance.

Anyhow this is the feeder and when I uploaded the pictures I realised I had a guest on it a blue tit. I knew there were birds about when I went out but thought they'd all flown off; shows how observant I am . The bird is on the top of the feeder there were about 10 of them earlier today I will try to get better pictures.

We have the same feeders but they are on special brackets along the fence - the birds, and cheeky squirrel, love them!

I've got one of those too, great value at £14.99 from 'The Range'.

My birdies aren't very keen on the water dish though, but line up along the fence to get on the hangers.

Got more feeders in the trees and on the fence......I buy my bird seed in bulk!

Tip: I also buy the no-waste sort of bird feed as it has been slightly broken which means it won't grow when thrown onto lawns or borders by greedy birdies.

The Niger feeder is on a tree branch just out of sight and yes I get Bullfinches in B'ham too
The Robin "George Henry" prefers to eat from the ground feeder though. Thanks all.

That's great, I wish I could continue to encourage the bird in my garden but Harvey stands guard waiting for it to be dropped!!!
