Wistful Bella

Sat on my bed, gazing out the window, right after she woke me by manically licking my hands.

So I struggled out of bed and into some clothes to take her out and when I looked for her to put her lead on .....

SHE HAD GONE BACK TO BED! GRRRR!

Oh bless her, little madam doing that to you!!

Great picture Pat, it's nice to see her face instead of her bum wandering off in front of you

Thanks Anniebee. Just pure luck that I had my mobile next to my pillow where I put it last night after late night chatting with my daughter. If I'd had to even lean out of bed to get it to take a shot of her it would have ended up as yet another picture of Bella's Bum!

*I love 'em when they've still got 'sleep in their eyes'.

Aww , what a lovely photo of Bella. I am afraid that dogs waking up.their owners and then returning to bed, is typical behaviour the world over. Luckily for me, Timbah tends to wake up my OH rather than me

Don't have an OH and am not about to take another one on on the offchance that the Ayatollah will wake him up instead of me lol!

I mean it was that wistful gaze - straight out the glass doors to the town beyond - that said to me 'I wanna go out mum'. And all she was thinking was if she could DUPE me into getting up she could get the whole bed to herself!

Suckered again!

Bella is clearly having 'deep and meaningful thoughts' in the photograph

Why not steal an extra few minutes in bed if you get the chance Bella

Few minutes? She stayed put for at least another hour! Lying on the nice warm bit I'd just got up from of course!

I do love that dwarfy dawg! She's got a masters degree in appealing looks!

She's just come over and nudged me and then pottered off to the bedroom on her own! Wish I'd followed her actually because I haven't put the lecky blanket on tonight (it's more of a heated square than a full blanket). Would like to have seen her looking for the 'warm bit' lol!
