The reason I asked about eye discharge is cKCS as a breed can be affected by dry eye and daily sticky discharge, soreness of eyes are symptoms.

They make less tears which makes the eyes dry and so discharge sticky re eyes than just healthy wet.

If soreness ect continues to be a prob may be worth just getting the vet to do a tear test.

I wasn't saying it was Dry Eye Inca, but if continued would be something to consider.
Because dry eye occurs when there is insufficient lubrication in the eye, and the conjunctiva becomes much less moist than normal. This causes pain and discomfort in the eyes.
If it was something that had continued, It would have been the first thing I would have had checked out to rule it out.
