Dog "memorial" picture frames

Hi everyone

My gf's dog recently had to be put to sleep and I was looking for a picture frame to hold his collar, baby teeth and some pics.

I've been looking online for a while and haven't been able to find any that ship to the UK

ideally the frame should ahve 3 compartments: 1 pic, 1 larger compartment for the collar and a smal one for the teeth.

Does anyone happen to know of any companies that ship to the UK that has such frames?

Any picture framing shop should be able to make you something suitable. My friend is a framer and I know she has made similar sort of things for customers.
