Searching for Rural or semi rural Rent in East/South Devon

Hi, We are looking for a suitable rental home in South or East Devon.

Needs to be dog friendly and either allow a few chickens in arks in the garden and pet ducks or have definate place nearby that will allow the poultry.

We are very responsible, our two small dogs are well behaved and the fowl would be carefully managed to ensure absolute minimum impact on garden (apart from slug reduction ).

Most places seem to state "no dogs" let alone the fowl! We keep our home clean and tidy and enjoy gardening (to a point), and I keep the fowl to a high standard. So would make great tenents for someone!

Anyone know anyone, anywhere, where I can look other than Rightmove and Zoopla?

Are there any agents which specialize in equestrian properties? I know you won't want that much land, but they might have something suitable.

I would try Gumtree. I have found my last two houses in Exeter through there.
But.....even though estate agents say no pets it is worth asking as a lot of them said to me they say no pets as standard but they will always ask the landlord on your behalf.

What about Adtrader, they have a property section. Possibly Farmers Weekly will have a property/rental section.
