I also bought some when they were on offer, unfortunately I have changed Henry's diet so have 70 of them sitting in my fridge...I did just open one to check and it was fine, so gave it to Hen..he just sniffed it and walked away though

Thanks for the warning though and it's great to hear that F4D were so responsive

That's very strange, because Georgie always has a pouch of this mixed with his kibble, and he went off it, and I put that down to me having disguised his ab's in it! I'm going to check my batch numbers now as Zena won't go near it anymore, she prefers mince!

I'm not surprised at all that they're sending you a new box without quibble, that's how they work, they're brilliant!

Whilst talking F4D here, have you noticed the price hikes My fish bones which they get through a box every 3 weeks, have now gone up to £34.50!!!! I shall be rationing those now.....

Excellent customer service from Fish 4 Dogs!!

Mine sadly don't like the mousse, they love the kibble not the mousse!

Yes! Mine have got exactly the same numbers on them Plus I've got another box unopened sitting out in the garage and the expiry date says 18/05/11! Oh dear, and I thought I had a very good nose for things like this. It seems Georgie's nose is far superior!

I think it just says cool and dark. I've never put them in the fridge, there wouldn't be space!

I had it in the porch as its cooler out there but Clive kept moaning about it, (what he really meant was that there wasn't enough room for his tool boxes), and we have a spare mini fridge in the utility room so I put it in there out of the way.

I really must find a home for my lot as it will be out of date in May and that will be here before I know it

One of the boxes I received a while ago (when the offer was on) had some split pouches in it. The smell was disgusting I couldn't tell which one's were affected, couldn't get near enough without hurling. I got in touch & they told me to bin the lot & sent me another box straight away. Can't fault their customer service
