5 May Working Trials Taster Day Northumberland

NORTHUMBERLAND CANINE CENTRE


9.30am - 4.30pm (approx.)


An overview of what is required to compete in Working Trials and an introduction to how to start training the required exercises for entry level (i.e. all but tracking!).


Open to all breeds, age & size of dog as long as they are physically fit.


£25 per dog.


Light lunch provided.

I used to take Pippa there to agility and did go to one of their working trials taster days. Well worth it. They are "down to earth" trainers as well.

Thanks Helen - I remember you going there with Pippa. A shame it isn't a bit nearer to me for regular training sessions in various disciplines.

Not sure I will be able to do this one though, as we are still lambing and won't be finished by 5th May. I am going to bookmark the page though, and see whether they run it again later in the year.

What did you do on the WT taster day?

erm......we did a bit of the scale, but not very big, sending away with something to do with cones obedience. It was a while ago lol.

Enjoyed it but I enjoyed agility more and didn't have time to do both. I just wanted to have a go.
