Thanks Jenny Yes, I was just looking at them again, the one of him getting into her pool with her, and she's saying "oh, you coming in too, I'll move over then" Lol! It was an absolute joy to watch the pair of them together and how very gentle they both were with each other, but then I have already warned him she could grab that ball at any time (although she never did with him!!!) and he mustn't be rough with her. He used to scrum her face roughly, so I told him never to do that, although she didn't seem to mind, you can't be too careful with dogs like these can ya!

What a lovely set of pictures. I'm so pleased that you have all made friends.

I'm glad that you have put him right about running in unannounced, I did that once in my friends house when I was 10 years old ... I've still got the scars on my back

Thanks Jen - and oh dear, was it a gsd who confronted you back then? Zena has already scratched his chest when he jumped out at us from behind a bush to say hello to her and she jumped up at him I told him never to do that to us, especially when we had only just come out of the house and she was full of it, and he always approaches us quietly now. Let's hope he also listened to me when I told him not to walk into my house unannounced then, which I'm sure he did coz she can be quite scarey in her protective mode can Zena! He's certainly worn her out though, I might actually be able to get all this ironing done tonight

What a lovely young lad, Aitch, and Zena seems to have taken to him quite strongly, doesn't she?

Just smashing to see
