A happy ending, shame it ever had to happen though.

A lost dog that was found in the wake of the Hackney riots has been reunited with his owner, after she saw an appeal about him on ITV London Tonight.

What an ordeal for this little buddy to go through!!!

I could feel my blood boiling whilst reading that!!! That dog would probably have been better being rehomed to a responsible dog owner

So she re-homed him because she lives in a small flat with two children, two dogs and two rabbits, and was too crowded to keep him.

Re-homed on Monday. Ended up at Battersea Dogs Home on Tuesday, and now she has enough room to keep him?

Well I thought I would wait to see what others views were. You two seem to feel the same as me

Edited to say; thanks to Carole for adding info!

Ditto what Debbie said. Poor little guy. I wonder how many other animals are in the same position, I imagine that it may affect more cats than dogs. Very sad.

I feel angry with the woman, another case of dogs being disposable assets, but I am more cross with the likes of Gumtree trading in live animals.
