We are just over half way through our introduction to rally, apparently we will have covered something like 27 signs when we have finished. I am getting less dizzy and sick as each lesson passes, after the first one when i seriously thought i was going to bring my dinner up, it is just as well i have improved otherwise it would have been a non starter for me, let alone Rolo!

Good luck to you, not sure we will make it that far!

Aww - I think the first few lessons past in a haze for the people who have not done anything like it before - but they are not 12 weeks in and LOVING it! We worked really hard on basics to start with and my gosh does that pay off. When a new sign (level 2 & 3) is introduced th dogs are picking it up really quickly.

PS...the 270s used to scare me!

We did the 270's last week and for someone who is always accused of watching the ground when she walks by her hubby i am shocked that i actually walked whilst paying no bloody attention to where my feet are, cos this rally has made me feel sick watching and concentrating so hard on where my feet are! Our first course is 7 weeks and we have done 5, then we have another 7 weeks improvers before we can join the rally club. Just looking at the process is mind blowing let alone doing it, although Rolo was a star last week (trainers words) and he did a really good quite tight 270 left without me breaking his neck or mine!
We are doing the right finish, Rolo is not keen on this, but he is getting good at sits/lay etc to the side and coming ok to sit at the front.
