same here, I go through 2 bags a week..mind you the collared doves and pidgeons help too!!!!
Myabe because the numbers are coming back up again there are more of them We had 3 fledgling blackbirds in our garden...that's another thread

There seem to of been far more sparrows this year and less blue tits and great tits. The sparrows are really greedy. We have had baby blackbirds too.
The bird I have enjoyed most this year is the greater spotted woodpecker coming 2-3 times a day. They love the suet blocks.

I filled up the seed feeder before we went away, Came back a week later and it was completely empty and both the fat balls were gone. Peanuts untouched though???????

we had a rat climbing up our bird feeding station so it has gone into the front garden, he is still about but not so much.Ollie chased it when it was in the back but Ollie doesn't move very fast and not sure what he would of done anyway I was worried about him getting his nose nipped.
