Pictures of today's Companion Dog Show

It was held at Kelmarsh Hall in Northamptonshire as part of the Kennel Club's International Agility Show.

We got there at 11am and registered Woody in; Best Puppy, Best Gundog, Most Handsome Male, Waggiest Tail and Dog Judge Would Most Like to Take Home.

We came away tired, smiling, sunburnt and with a baby pink rosette for 5th place in waggiest tail! Well done Woody, you're our best in show ;o)

If by tempted you mean everytime we got to within a 400 metres of the lake he pulled like a steam train towards it then yes, I'd say he was tempted to have a dip

Bless him. You should have seen him when we got home. He brought his Nylabone over to me to play with him (I hold one end while he chews the other) and he fell asleep half way through with it hanging out of his mouth!! Little darling boy!

It was a great day. We do love doing things like this with him, he just thrives on all the fun and excitement (and it means we get a nice relaxing evening ;o)

Aw well done Woody - he is a real beauty. You must be well proud of him and rightly so.

We would have got nowhere at that one with Cosmo...look at how close the water is! He'd have moaned and pulled to get to it the whole way through!!!!
