Great idea Pidge, we were looking at one for Ben after his injury as he still loves the water but I am worried that he thinks he can do more than he can and that he'll get into bother - we were looking at crewsaver petfloat as thats what he uses at hydrotherapy and its really good what makes yours - ezydog?

If you're going out in a boat (or kayak) you will easily get a long way offshore so I think it's a great idea and could save his life.

For splashing about on the beach I don't think it's needed because I think dogs (generally) will not go too far out, but it's always wise to have the right kit for every situation if at all possible.

He looks great in it.

And as you say , for what you intend to do, its worth it for him.

Have you got your own ready, in case he does capsize you all
