A special K bar. Though I had a handful of chocolate buttons instead this morning

Im slavering like a poachers dog here,, Im still on a diet so its boiled egg here YUK,, so sick of it

Can't you at least poach it, slice of toast, slither of marg and a (small) blob of ketchup??

I can't face anything at 6am in the morning, so it's a strong black coffee and a couple of fags to kick start my lungs.

I could poach it,, but no bread, no marg, no blob of ketchup,, tbh I have scrambled some mornings, wow how exciting eh, I used to like the odd boiled egg but they make me go green now,, never mind only another month then I can have a bit more,,

We get 28 eggs a week from our chooks, I'm running out of egg-based ideas!!

mabey I should buy some chooks, I seem to get throug a fair amount of eggs on this diet, lol
