Bring on the Gin................

After this mornings hassle with Johns father,it gets worse.

Johns new phone (I put the other one in the washer in his trouser pocket) should be delivered today, but where is it? Its up in Paisley!!!!!!!!!!!!! the conservatory furniture that I ordered for the new house was coming 2nd week in Oct came Friday, Ive just had a phone call from M&S and my new three piece suite which wasnt due to be finished and delivered and was coming the 2nd wk in Oct is coming Wed morning! and the removal man has just rang to say he will be dropping off 200 packing cases and book boxes(we have well over 1,000 books) at lunchtime.............. Bring on the gin!!!!!!!

I will have a glass to commiserate with you jeanette.
Hope things get better sometimes it feels like they can't get any worse.
Mum is down to surgery this morning, not sure whether its just hip or shoulder and hip. Think I will skip the ice though diluting it certainly isn't what we need.

Jeanette, I have a big bottle of BomBay Sapphire, sliced lemons in my fridge, ice cubes in the freezer and swizzle sticks in the cocktail cupboard just for such an emergency!

...... and when you move you won't be very away at all so always welcome to come round for some respite.

OH yes............ I am trying to empty the freezers and knowing I have more stuff than I can use before wemove, decided to cook some of the hares I had for the dogs and I put them in the pressure cooker and yes I forgot..............good job its a nice day cos all the doors and windows are open............
