Sandy Maremma x Red Setter
Here is a picture of Sandy, Our Italian Sheepdog x Red Setter. It was taken a few years back. He is a mighty big boy as you can see in the picture, we had no idea he had Maremma in him, until the vet (who has worked in Italy) took one look at him, and identified him to us. We all knew he had something giant hidden in him, as he makes our friends Golden Retriever look like a toy bred
Anyway, just wanted to share a picture of my boy.

A friend of our's had a maremma, it was a beautiful dog, massive, and had a tendency to bite people - not the dog's fault, he was a sweetheart with us including my daughter, but very large and very bouncy.
