Thats right, I saw the whole episode including the follow up where they said the dog didn't chase chickens anymore (as I recall), if the dog was scared of CM then it would of continued to chase them after he had gone?

conditioning maybe? im not sure but put it this way....would you prefer not to do something because if you dont something good will happen,or,not to do it because something 'orrible wil happen? which would make you feel happier and secure?

The dog was obviously fearful of CM...even they said so..but CM assured them the dog was just being 'submissive'...of course they would have had to continue using the aversives so the dog would become fearful of them/the chicken house/the chickens as well as CM.

I ask again...in the clip I provided..why hit the dog? What did the dog learn in that moment?
