I think more notice should have been taken of what the Americans wanted . There were more of them on the plane and they deserved to be listened to .
For the first time in my life I am ashamed to be Scottish in case the world thiinks that all Scottish people agreed with this decision . I didn't

I mean that he may not be the main perpetrator - but that he was most definitely involved and was rightly sentenced to his term of imprisonment.

The Scottish government has acted wrongly in making this decision to release him.

.
no....he wasnt it.

The evidence and investigation the months after the bombing pointed to Iran and the PLLP-GC, in revenge for the Americans shotting down one of their passenger airliners.
Nothing has changed today.
There is loads of evidence for this and loads of evidence pointing to the Libyan angle being bogus.
The evidence pointing to possible CIA collusion is even much stronger.
Its all been in the public domain for abut 20 years,
much mor now the interent is around.
Its all over the mainstream media at present, as well.
Even many of the British relatives, especially Dr Jim Swire, believe this, and that Magrabi was innocent and agreed with his release.
