For those with 3 children

What made you decide to have your 3rd child?

Me and my partner are at logger heads over the desision to have another. I would love another child i think my partner secretly does but is worried about financial things plus he says he'd only have another if it was a girl!! men

how have you coped with having three? do you need the big house with lots of cash? we are just so undecided on what to do.

Sorry Kelly

I have just had the one so far, and cannot imagine ever managing three. But to all that do, you deserve an award!!!

Hope someone will be along soon to help you out

We have 4, to be honest if you sat and thought about if you could afford it, if the house was big enough I don't think anybody would have children.

We cope quite happily, we only live in a 3 bedroom semi but we're happy, healthy what more could you ask for.

Our 3rd was another girl, then decided one last try and finally got our son. Not sure how many we would of ended up with mind, had Kieran not arrived......lol. My sister lives in a similar house to ours and she has 5 children, 3 boys then her twin girls.

my partner has a lot of reasons why we shouldn't have another
because we already have a boy and a girl so whats the point
he only wants another if it's a girl
because we'll need a bigger car

it gets me so mad i love children and have always wanted a big family. sometimes tho i think why did i have kids but i just love them so much

Well how about instead of actually having another child, I donate one to you, that way your not actually going against the wishes of your OH.

I have a seven year old boy, house trained, and toilet trained so no need for paper training, plus he is able to walk himself (within reason anyhow).
I'll bubble wrap him and post him to you asap

Our third child was not planned just one of those things that was meant to happen.

As to coping with 3 its not really much different than 2. I think its harder to go from 1 child to 2

i have 3 children
girl 19 years
boy 14 years
girl 11 years

i don,t think it very hard as the eldest has now left home so we are back to 2
but i think 3 kids is fine
mind you saying that if i had had the last one 1st i wouldn,t have had anymore
so if you want her sent over to you as well just say
11 years old,not housetrained, will leave her stuff everywhere talks for england and will eat you out of house and home
but very loving so that makes up for it all

kelly how old are your children??

Abbie is soon to be 4 and Nathan is 15mths

i wanted to have them quite close to each other, they are a hand full but there's nothing i enjoy more.
i don't think i'd have another one just yet maybe in a year or so. it's just oh being boring and talking about financial stuff got me a bit worrid that maybe their won't be another (if i want one)
