I am very , very interested in the cage you have for sale at £100. Are the trays metal? I have Degus and they will chew out of plastic trays you see, I am guessing the Rats may have done the same. If the trays are metal then I would almost def want it, just wondering about delivery charges?

yes it's the original style cage with green coated metal trays, so should be degu chew proof! It have two trays, one for the bottom and also one that slides in the middle if you wanted to split it into two cages. Postage could be tricky and a bit pricy but I'll look into it

Afriad not, the person I bought them from told me to use safety pins or split rings (each corner has a small hole and a rivet)
