I have to agree with everyone else i wouldn't touch that company with a bargepole.
You may well be lucky and they pay up but you also may either have to wait months and months to fight for your money or never get it at all.

luckily i have only paid the excess and the vets is dealing with getting the remaining money. i hope to god it is all paid for, the reason i got pet insurance is i have no money lol, it was a struggle to pay the 105 excess
