question?

I watched a few of the other series and have a vague idea of the plot. Will I be able to pick up the storyline or is it way too complicated? My knowledge bpoils down to a plane crash, survivors, beasts in the woods and strange underground living quarters from previous survivors.

You should manage it, I have watched every episode and still struggle. If not there are plenty of websites giving an outline of the story so far.
