Circulation Booster

Hubby just bought a circulation booster to boost circulation in his feet. It came today, so he set it up and off he went. He zapped it up to 20 and I could see the blood pulsating in his feet and legs. He did 30mins then went to Chinese for tea. When he came back he said his lips had gone numb!!

After tea I tried and couldn't stand it past 7, no wonder his lips went numb lol

I didn't tell him I had previously watched this utube video..... just watch its so funny.

Had to share this because I havent stopped laughing since! lol

I would go careful with one of those, as I think I read such devices can damage nerves if used incorrectly.

If you want to improve circulation to the feet, walking is good - or massage the calf muscles (emphasis on downwards) or, if you need to improve circulation to the knees massage thighs (again downwards). This stimulates the lymphatic system.
