April's Recipe Thread

I thought it might be quite nice if you all had a say in the recipe topic for this month's recipe thread.

Please vote using the options above and we'll get rolling on it!

baking for me - I'm really into making cakes lately (especially as they are so expensive to buy)
I've just made 12 cherry muffins & 12 white choc chip muffins & was looking online for a cookie recipe. Tommorrow if all the muffins are gone (no doubt they will be I'm making a pineapple upsidedown cake & maybe some choux buns..........
But I also love Spanish - especially tapas without fish.

You sound like me - Indian is my favourite, no actually it's Thai, although I love Spanish and as for Mexican, mmmmm. I think it's just different food in general ;o) Don't worry, what ever doesn't get done this month can go into months to come. I have some great Mexican and Spanish (tapas and paella) dishes ;o)

BBQ for me ad I have my annual family BBQ coming up in June that I do for Richs birthday and I'm planning on doing all the food myself this year for around 40 people. Last year we asked people to contribute and our freezer was full of burgers and sausages for about 3 months after!

I'm aiming to really impress this year so definitely BBQ for me!!
