lol Ian.

I used to know a Dr. De'ath, but now at our surgery we have a Dr. Feltwell, I know who I'd rather have lol

Oh and my Son had his Grommets done by Dr. Wallace!

I had the very same thing done Becky, must be 4 years ago now.
I thought I would have to have some hair shaved off, but they didn't, they said they try not to if possible. The stitches were bright blue so they could be seen against my dark hair!

Hope all is well, and that you are not too sore. Go easy with the hairbrush for a while!

Well I'm home..... and sore.

I can't praise them enough though. My OH came so he could drive me home, and took a book for when he had to wait.
My appt was 2pm, we were in just before and in the car driving home 20 mins later.
I have 3 bright blue stitches and have lost some hair, but they did the big one and left the small one.
I got to see it when it was out as it came out whole and had a running commentary such as 'Oh, I just scraped your skull'

It was a very strange feeling and the numbness is just starting to wear off.

So, OH is doing a bar-be-que for dinner, all bought and sorted, with wine to numb me up again.

Thank you everyone for all the good wishes, it did help knowing there were people thinking of me

Glad to hear that it all went well mate,
Sorry I didn't get here soon enough to wish you well, but glad it's all over now.
Enjoy that BBQ & the wine xx
