I think Mary Poppins? I'd never heard of nanny Mcfee until the film a few years ago (unless it was a re-make of an older version) Mary Poppins has been around forever
I'm watching it too

Mary Poppins I would think!
It's a classic!
As above, hadn't heard of Nanny McPhee until a few years ago! Not inspired to watch the films either!

Was Mary Poppins....(as of 1934)

Nanny Mcphee was adapted from Nurse Matilda (books from 1964)

From what I can gather.

I like both! Can you still get the Nurse Matilda books?

Think its very sad that the young lad who played the little boy in Mary Poppins died aged 22. He spent time touring India with his dad the previous year & its thought he picked up a virus. He died from haemorraghic pancreatitis. So sad...

I quite like Nanny McPhee but my 5year old niece adores Mary Poppins, especially the little girl-she always asks if we think she is pretty. So I guess it has to be Mary.
