well im afraid to say i will be watching... am utterly intrigued, but no doubt i will spend the majority of the time swearing at the telly, we shall see!

Because regardless of your opinion of him he has been hugely successful, certainly more so than any other TV trainer (even stillwell)

Just because someone is succesful doesn't mean they are right or ethical even. To take an extreme example people have been followers of evil regimes that you may call "sucessful" in some ways like Hitler's!

It reminds me of the story of the emperor's new clothes-everyone taken in and admiring them except one little boy saying he was naked!

Barbara Woodhouse was succesful in her time but I doubt many trainers today would want to revert back to her methodology.

oh defo sounds like nothing changes. I would rather dress the dogs up in skirts and boots than watch the beast play with his ego.
