I've seen a couple of sites like that, all American which makes me think I shouldn't pay too much attention because over there they love to sue anyone for anything. I'm defo' no expert on dogs but IMO those particular breeds aren't anymore or less dangerous than any other. As for Akitas, you're advised to train them from an early age (as with all dogs) but they are naturally dominant dogs, therefore, they're supposed to be raised with a firm hand. I noticed other large and powerful breeds that, in the hands of an inexperienced or perhaps irresponsible owner, could cause damage. I'm glad home insurance over here doesn't work that way, i'd be in trouble.
