Great news!

No cancer cells found in the lesion!

The vet was very happy with the aspirate results and Roxy's blood count. So, it's looking like the most likely cause of it is Roxy's licking, maybe because the way the hair growth is coming in where the graft is.

Vet is very pleased with her condition. She's back in two weeks for another check up where we have the option to repeat tests, which we will have done, to be sure there is nothing sinister is lurking elsewhere as mast cells being as unpredictable as they are, you never know and they want to keep a close eye on Roxy. I'm happy with that. Would rather keep on top of it.

So we've got another reprieve!
