Thank you guys, I think God is smiling I am a little more hopeful today, she managed to get out of the nesting box when I opened up and came to the door.
It was a careful walk but nevertheless she did it. I picked her out and gave her a love and she did some ''hello'' clucking (brought tears to my eyes) and when I put her down she had a drink by herself and some food, she has taken her medication well today and is now alseep in the cockerals house in the hay.
She still wobbles alittle and holds her wings slightly out to balance, but there is defo a stronger Onion this morning

I hope this is her road to recovery I really do.....fingers crossed

Seems we have conflicting ideas, my birdman friend tells me that it could be ''canker'' or sterile egg peritonitis, and has given me both things to treat her with, I have just been up as its pouring down with rain and she is sitting quite happily in the cockerals cage with both boys either side of her (awwwww thats TLC for you) and looks quite chirpy.

However Battery Hen Welfare have been onto me and said it will be the heart and to get her injected with frusimide, told them that she is not as ill as yesterday or the last 4 days, and he reckons to get her injected anyway ''just in case'' Will have to speak to the vet again me'z think

oh, that doesn't help getting conflicting advice does it.

Glad to hear she is stronger today though. I might be tempted to see how she goes on before getting the jab?
