Hey Jax

From what I can remember I believe our Bonnie had her seasons up until she was pts at 11 years old.

Sadly for them they keep going and those who use dogs to make money will continue to mate a bitch until she dies. Just imagin how many litters you can get in if you mate at every season.

that is very sad thordell
we have never mated amber but was going to a few years back and then changed our minds
she has a few problems and was advised by the vets not to have her done so we never did

Responsible breeders would not do such a thing, most breed clubs say not before 2 and not after 7. Think myself that some bitches are fine to be whelped after 7 it needs to be judged on each bitch but if you leave it up to people you know what would happen, every one would be taking just one more litter.

i agree thordell
ambers sister is still having pups at 11
my s-i-l has ambers nephew and he ain,t even a year old yet
i would never do that to amber she is old now and needs to be warm, fed, spoiled and loved in her old age
