One of my best mates is a sufferer. She has it to an unusual degree - if she touches something with wheat or gluten in it her skin blisters

It took quite a while for her to get diagnosed, but her whole body was deteriorating with it by that point - serious weight loss, hair loss, joint and muscle pains, multiple nutrient deficiencies, depression... It really is a horrendous condition, but she is indescribably better since she changed her diet.

Yes I looked at that website and very informative. I have a very good friend that has lung cancer, and has been on a concoction of drugs. The recent blood tests revealed he had an internal bleed so they carried out several tests, and have come back with this diagnosis

What do I want to know ? everything!!!!!! I would like to help as much as possible

ok well with my friend gem, she used to bloat badly after eating bread, pasta etc didnt know this till her bloods came back and said this, she was GUTTED as she loved bread and pasta...now she makes her own gluten free bread, flourless cakes and has gluten free pasta. with the allergy you can still eat normally you just have to read ingredients carefully...

how bad is their allergy?
