In all the links posted there are some truths and then some great big leaps of imagination

The patent for the cloud seeding was in the early 90s
But I remember as a child a decade earlier watching trails from planes spread out and hang in the air for ages
I remember cloud patterns just like the ones posted

I even remember straight line edges to clouds where two fronts meet
So from personal experience I am saying those clouds are not unusual or fake.

Yes the haarp tech exists
Yes clearly they are experimenting to play around with jet streams and stuff
But to then jump from trials like that to controling hurricanes and eartquakes before they have even published on moving the jet stream
That's a bit of a leap

To then move from cloud seeding and curing/causing global warming by some random 'metallic' particles that supposedly hang in the air long enough to make a difference and are not rained out
Unlikely, the newspaper article was only saying it was a might, ie the tech has been talked about not that it has been developed or tested yet let alone all the other hoops

Then to add that this would suddenly be put togwter with haarp to create an ultimate super weather weapon

i cant, as i know absolutely nothing about the topic.
by that i dont know what a normal sky OR an abnormal sky is supposed to look like, as i stopped looking at the sky when i left new zealand, as i realised that in polluted countries like Britain, you couldnt see the sky properly, day or night, like you can in New Zealand.
