However, I don't think that SG-1, good as it is, quite matches the original film. I.m a Star Trek person, myself - and Star Wars, too (the originals are better than the new ones).

If you like sci-fi books, try the "Lensman" series, by E E "Doc" Smith for total over-the-top-ness! NOBODY MESSES WITH KIMBALL KINNISON!

I am with you there SB, but, whatever floats your boat guys. My mothers husband is fanatical about Stargate, startrek etc and has all the videos and everything drives my mother mad.

Qute like Sci-fi, if you haven,t already you should watch Pitch Black and the sequel Riddick with Vin Diesel both really good. As for horror The Grudge will keep you on the ege of your seat

Yeah the grudge is good just dont waste your time going to see White Noise, I have watched scarier episodes of the Tweenies. No storyline/thin plot, takes ages to get into and completley unscary.
