Good morning everyone !

Suffice to say, I'm glad that's over! I'm very sore, and am having today off as I had very little sleep last night.

A nurse arrived about 2 hours after I'd been shown to my room and said "put your dressing gown and slippers on, you're going for a scan". Now:
1. Pardon me? No-one told me about a scan (I was fairly miffed at this!)
2. Dressing gown? What's one of those?
3. Slippers? They're at home......
It appears that the specialist decided to scan us all just to be safe. I have to go back for another one where you need a full bladder at a later date. Obviously, mine was very empty!

It's pretty grey and miserable outside at the moment, and rain is forecast. I shall be curled up on the sofa watching (or more than likely falling asleep to) any film from my collection that takes my fancy.

Have a great day everyone, and stay safe.

Today's gem:
How can you identify a person using their dental records? If you don't know who they are, you certainly won't know who their dentist is.

Sorry to see you're sore, but good to see you are well. (Um, that makes no sense, but it's early, and I'm tired...stir it up and make something that sounds reasonable )

I had a cat scan yesterday.
I was lying back in a garden during dinner break, enoying the hazy warmth, and a ginger tom walked over me, sniffing...

Good morning all

Pleased to see you survived the ordeal Vicki with your humour, if not your dignity, intact Hope the soreness wears off soon.

Weather started off quite nice today, but then Mr SB decided to light the bonfire so, of course, it began to rain

Gaz ....
