Morning all and yes I remembered that it was the beginning of a new month. Chris sorry the tabs are making it worse. For me they worked really well. Maybe you need to speak to the doctor as they may not work if taking other meds. Have a good day and everyone else.

I'm hoping to get a hair appointment today I haven't been since July last year.
Bev and Boo may pop round later for a cuppa if not we might pop out.

Lovely morning here. Teazle walked and now about to get Barry up so that we can have a go at removing a bush. He wants a buddleia and this would be a good place to plant it.
No duty again today but still have to find out about tomorrow. It is take it a day at a time

Oo a butterfly bush Sue. How lovely. Been for a lovely walk along the beach. Low tide. Now I am going to walk through the village to see what new shops have appeared or what have closed. Suns shining.
