That's what I thought when she told me, but this is a woman who goes gun dog training with her flatcoat, and this was a spaniel she knows on the same course - hardly an idiot who had got it wrong I would say?! Maybe all the grass it ate insulated it, like you do when you cook icecream in the oven inside merangue?? Dunno, all I know is what I've been told!
