Border collies
I love their loyalty and devotion.

I love the way you can't be a lazy border collie owner - they keep me on my toes both physically and mentally.

I love border collies because of their intelligence, their sense of humour (even if they do appear to be laughing at me!), their affectionate nature, the fact that each one has a distinct personality and the fact that they keep me on my toes. I also love the fact that they come in so many different coat colours and patterns yet still retain that border collie character.

Whippets - I love whippets for many different reasons , because they are a great size , lovely short coat easy to keep looking nice . When they are young they are zany and very fast then they settle down and become the most gentle dogs ever . They are very calm and never get upset about things like vet trips . People think they are nervous because they shiver but usually they are just cold from standing still . They love to sleep in your bed right under the covers ! They are very funny and having the most amazing personalities .
When they are running they are just beautiful and people stop and stare . I have never known a snappy whippet and even ones who are not used to children are fine with them .
Whippets are just perfect !

Border Collies

I love they way they are not for a lazy owner.......they keep me fit.

I love...........

Thier enthusiasm for life, thier pysical energy, sharpness, they can spin on a sixpence. I love thier mental sharpness, clever and witty with that brain that works things out.

I love to watch thier sharpness with sight and how they lock in on what they are doing. Thier keeness to learn and the simpleness of the training with them.

I love the way (if your not on the ball) the way they can train the owner, with the easiness of tossing a coin.

I love they way they out-smart things, and thier loyality and passion for pleasing. Yet they have a spirit that is next to none, even a Border Collie in pain will still carry on (if you let them of course) they are tough, hardy dogs. No weather puts them off, and no job is to tough.

I love they way we all snuggle up and have cuddles and kisses.

Guess I love Border Collies.

I love staffords cos they are intelligant, but also quite dim sometimes. I love their zest for life and their enthusiasm and do everything with 110%.
There are no half measures with a stafford - it's all or nothing with them!
They are so loyal and loving and such softies with everyone they meet.

German Shepherds for the same reasons everyone else has said.

German Shorthaired Pointers because they are affectionate, passionate, obsessed, driven and huge FUN.
