Yorkshire pudding

Hi,

I could just eat a yorkshire pudd but i am out of plain flour, would it still work if I used self raising?

I know it is daft but haven't tried it and don't want to waste good egss etc trying.

Thanks

Ian

Hi, yes it came out well and i really enjoyed it. I was greedy though and had a one about 8" square. And I made some bisto gray with a few onions in it, I am making myself hungry again.

Today I have been busy baking - 8 dozen fairy cakes and then I had bacon, egg, black pudding and mushrooms.
